What is heat?

Heat is fire and fire is something that keeps you warm. The quality of being hot; high temperature. Heat can be sensitive to both hot and cold. Words related to heat are warmth, hotness, warmness, high temperature.

How to put an ostrich bones together

Ostriches are very interesting and the museum has some ostrich bone for you to look at and I have 9 step for you.

  

Step 1. number and sketch the bones.

Step 2. scrub them with a toothbrush.

Step 3. put them out to dry.

Step 4. remember where the body parts go.

Step 5. put the head first.

Step 6. then the middle.

Step 7. then the legs.

Step 8. put it in the museum.

Step 9. name it and let the people look at it.

Wild self

wild self

I have lion legs, elephant trunk, butterfly wings, tiger paws, sea lion ears,a lion tail and peacock crest. I have butterfly wings for flying away from predators. I have an elephant trunk it has strong muscles that could lift a person or a big animal. I have sea lion ears for hearing above and below the water. I have lion’s  legs that are extremely powerful and very strong. I have a peacock crest  on the top on my head. I have a tiger paws to scratch enemies. I am dangerous.

Maud Island  frog

Did you know frogs live in the water, swim with webbed feet, croak and catch flies with their tongue? Yes, but not this frog. This frog lives in Maud lsland in New Zealand. Maud frogs eat larva, worms, beetles and insects.  Maud Island frog babies look like a tiny frog that is golden yellow and leap after birth. Maud frogs like to stay in damp rocks, damp place and rotten logs and they only comes out at night. Maud frogs sense with their ears and with their feet. Maud frogs are different to most frogs because they do not swim, croak and catch flies with their tongues.They have fingers, instead of webbed feet, they chirped and do not croaked, and lived in damp places, under logs and rocks.  They are rare because they are not easy to find. They are endangered because of a fire that happened in Maud Island long time ago.  These frogs are protected.

Mysterious castle

Mysterious castle

One day my sister and I went to a dark and mysterious castle. Then my sister and I tried to see if the doors was opened but it was closed. Only the garden was opened for the public. Next we played in the maze and when i got lost, i was at the center. On the ground i saw a trapdoor and i opened it. I saw someone and then it got darker. My sister scared  me and i fell in mud. My sister and i went back to the garden. Next my sister said i want to go home. But we have to get out of here.
